2 Ingedient Banana Pancakes

My pants have been telling me I have been eating way to much of the kids left overs and treats…. So I have started working on eating healthier.  While I was finding things I could eat.  I ran across this easy and simple recipe.

SIMPLE AND DELISCIOUS>….. If you love bananas, you should love this.

Ingredients

2- Eggs

1- Ripe Banana— The riper the smoother your batter.

Directions:

Smash banana.  Wisk the 2 eggs.  Then wisk/mix the 2 ingredients together to form batter. Easy Easy.

Heat up a skillet on Medium with a Tbsp of Butter, spray a shot of Pam on it or use a drizzle of olive oil.  Your choice.

When hot, add the batter, the smaller the pancake the easier the flip.  I made mine about 3 inches diameter.

Use the Spatula to check the underneath of the pancake.  When it is brown and the edges are getting firm, flip.  Only takes a couple of minutes and you are done.

My husband actually asked if I added sugar, because they were sweet. No sugar at all, just the natural sugar from the bananas.  He and the kids love them.

So enjoy some naturally sweet protein pancakes made from 1 banana and 2 eggs.

Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack.

Toppings are optional.
